The Comfort House

The Comfort House is located in The Galena Territory, provides sleeping for 8 and is considered a premier vacation rental. The 1700 sq. interior features an open concept floor plan with designer touches throughout, decorated for the seasons and most major holidays. The living area, dining area, and kitchen combined form a spacious great room with a wood burning fire place (wood supplied) and TV mounted above the mantel. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and dining utensils, service for 8+. Located on the main level is the master bedroom (king size bed) en-suite bathroom with jetted tub.
The lower level consists of 2 bedrooms (each with a king size bed), 2 en-suite bathrooms, 2 twin beds in a room with a privacy curtain, also the laundry area with washer and dryer. Each bedroom is designed with a custom coverlet, pillow shams, dust ruffle, window coverings that have a room darkening feature. Additionally there are extra blankets, down comforters, and pillows.
A sliding glass door off of the dining area (seats 8) leads to the furnished three season screened room. Outside is a large wrap around deck furnished with ample tables and chairs, an outside sink with running water (summer months), a gas and charcoal grill, an outdoor limestone fire pit with benches. Two stairways lead to the lower patio which gives easy access to the large private 8 person hot tub under a gazebo (available year around).
Book The Comfort House and you will have the same privileges as a home owner with access to the Galena Territory Association (GTA) pools, fitness center, gymnasium, business center, Lake Galena and the Marina. (8 proximity cards supplied) The convenient location gives easy access to the surrounding Galena areas, attractions, restaurants, and eclectic shopping.
This property is a longtime favorite destination for vacationers; it is well maintained, clean, and organized. It has a large blacktopped driveway for parking, and no steps from the driveway to the front door. Ideal for accommodating golf/ski groups, family/friend gatherings, and of course “girl’s getaways”
